I had my first taste of alcohol when I was 12 or 13 years old. I'm with my mom when I had my very first sip of SMB. It was bitter and I don't like it yet my young mind wondered why a lot of people want it so badly.

As I grow up, my consumption to alcohol had increased as well. I remember the first time I got pissingly drunk. I was with my college boardmates. When people got sober, they had this little agreement to keep those nasty things done while drunk a secret. Well... as youngster/s, to maintain their good image to their parents or maybe to the community. Why alcohol is so alluring? It brings you to a certain level that you will be carefree, a great escape to the harsh world of reality, and it gives you courage to do what you want or say what's inside your heart and mind.

It's good to be drunk but are you matured enough to take accountability afterwards? Its ridiculous when people use "the alcohol" as an excuse why they made such things. I got nothing against drinking alcohol. What I'm trying to say is you're also responsible with any action you've made... whether you're drunk or sober. So if you think you can't take it to become the center of talks and fun after (aka the consequences), then think twice before you take your first shot... or have some self-control please

I just purchased my first ever personal computer and it’s a laptop from Acer yesterday. I love computers since I had my first tap into it when I was 15 years old. I pursued a course in IT knowing that my parents don’t have enough money to support my dreams. I even had a job as an IT instructor without any computer of my own for five years. I used all possible resources before to practice my IT skills. When I resigned as an IT instructor at STI last 2006, my mom purchased a second hand desktop computer. However, I moved out to Metro Manila to have a new job on June 2006 and since then I never practiced my IT skills that much.

When I got employed at HDPP on June 2006, my goal is to save money and purchase myself a desktop or a laptop. It took three years and four months before I was able to accomplish it due to a lot of factors (other gadgets, medical expenses etc.). And now that I finally have it, I’m so overwhelmed I can’t believe I’m using it right now. This is the start of a comeback to my real love.

Haven't posted anything for a long time. Well, I've been busy that's why...

Gesh, I'm pretty alarm with my collection stats. We've been taking calls for almost two weeks and I got a low Promise-to-Pay stats. I'm trying to figuring out how should I do to boost my stats. Well, from my previous calls, I don't have much RPCs. Most are answering machines or the party/ies whom I need to talk to is/are not available. Negotiation plays an important role also. Honestly, I'm not the type of person who will push and push just to get what I want. Hindi ako marunong mangulit, kung ayaw... di huwag! Definitely, that wouldn't work! Good thing I'm currently under training. I still have more than two weeks to improve my "negotiating skills" and being "assumptive". I don't intend to be the weakest link in the team I will belong once I hit the floor. I just hope and believe that I could make it.

Hey guys! Haven't updated for a LOONG time. I'm kinda busy and lazy. Well, I'm in the second week of my Process training as a collector agent here in HSBC. The training is kinda rigid and long. We starting the two-month traning last June 19 with CORE Training (inclusive of 2 weeks), then the Process Training (inclusive of 3 weeks) and lastly the Integrated Skills Development (inclusive of 5 weeks). As of now, we're on the second week of the Process Training and take note: we're reporting on the night shift. Its an adjustment since we'll working during night time here in the Philippines but day time in the US.

That's all for today folks! I have some pics during our CORE Training but I'm kinda lazy to have them posted in here. I'll just post it on my next entry.
